Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle: Update 7-13-2010

WOW! I stepped on the scale this morning and I had to rub my eyes, I am down to 203 pounds. This is 22 pounds down from the 225 that I started at.

I feel great!

This is happening even with a vacation thrown in the middle when I was only half attention to what I was eating and drinking. I did manage to get my workouts in though.

I think I mentioned in an earlier blog post that this is right around the time when I tended to drop back into my "old and outdated" habits.

But this time is different... I have been also working on Lee Milteer's Habit Busting System at the same time so I am constantly paying attention to my thinking and staying on top of the old limiting thoughts and keeping my self focused on my new empowering thoughts.

I am even uncovering some thinking that has been rattling around in my head for a long time. I have even caught a thought that has been there since I was 11 years old. That is a 32 year old thought that has been circling my head. I thought that was amazing.

Livestrong is also a God send. This website helps me keep track of all my exercise and my eating while keeping track of all the calories. If you have had struggles with keeping track of your fitness goals and caloric intake this is THE answer.

I have also been hitting the weight pretty heavy. I can feel my whole body changing. It is amazing.
