Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle: Update 8-8-2010
Everything is still going very well.
More people are noticing the weight loss and it feels really good when someone notices.
The weight loss is slowing a little bit but the muscle mass is increasing. So I am not overly concerned about weight the scale says anymore.
I am still eating very well day in and day out, I do allow for half a day of whatever I want to eat and drink, usually on the weekend, but I find that I still keep myself in check during that time. I think it is because of the habitual thinking that I have changed. I have to give credit to Lee Milteer's Habit Busting System for helping me with the habit change.
Getting up everyday really early to go to the gym has been getting easier and easier. I am now getting up at around 3:45 AM to go to the gym and it has really helped me in other areas as well because I am getting started earlier on other productive tasks.
